Frankford Arsenal has a A+ rating for customer service from me.
I have two of the large Platinum wet tumblers and misplaced a endcap and clear plastic end.
I call them up to buy them and they sent them to me free of charge.
I did find the ones I misplaced a few weeks later.

A couple of weeks ago one of the small plastic bushings that holds the cases broke on the Hand Depriming Tool.
I called Frankford Arsenal about it and he said to e mail him a picture of it. Which I did the next day.

Today I received a whole complete depriming tool free of charge.

i have been satisfied with Frankford Arsenal for a while now. many months ago, i bought the RSO's entire reloading room, which included 2 vibratory machines., i use 1 for cleaning, the other for polishing, and they have been fantastic. i too also have that very same depriming tool, used it a "few times" and never any issues.

to be honest, i had never heard of the brand, until i got these in the deal.

I like there impacts bullet puller!

I'm an M press user and had some trouble with the set screws on the die blocks, so they sent me new ones, no problem. I also called to ask a question about the way my hand primer was meant to work and they sent me a new one just to make sure everything was good. Now I have two of them. Their CS is fantastic. I wish more companies were like that.

Rcbs and Hornady have great customer service. I haven't used dillion customer service yet.
