I was thinking of putting a Viridian C5 green laser on my new Glock 30 SF. Read somewhere that mounting any kind of device on the rail of a polymer gun that need to be screwed on tight can potentially cause all sorts of problems because it can affect the flexing of the material. I had this exact problem with a Sig Mosquito, since long gone. The gun would not cycle properly.
Anybody have experience with mounting stuff on Glock rails? And is this problem common or hit and miss?
