Macs last forever, they are a tank. I dont shoot mine anymore, as i just dont find it fun like i used to. The beltfeds have been put up as they are just too expensive to shoot like i used to, now its basicly just MP5, M16 and HK53, all a little cheaper to shoot.

They are a good investment but that should never be the purpose of buying one. Macs are around $3,300, and those are the cheapest F/A you can get into. Get one now if you plan on it, they wont get cheaper.

Buy something that has alot of parts availability and buy the parts that are most apt to break.

MGs

I guess I am an optimist.I think things are changing and there is a faint posability that a lot of gun laws are going.they won't go willing ly BUT.even the local police are getting fedup with crime which means longer punishment.
the point is what happens when (if) the MG is legalized?why not get a semiauto MG.they work the same and a Browning is going for $1800.a BAR for around $2000.and you dont have to worry about parts.
