Full Auto

Pretty realistic looking, metal construction, and full auto make for decent CO2 gun but only 18 BBs mag capacity is a bit of a let down. Price is reasonable; seems like a pretty good buy.

full auto conversions?

I probably should re-title this thread....was looking other "regular" bb guns that could be converted to full auto like the Daisy 2003.....looking for more of a fun project to work on....

When I was a kid in the 60s and 70s, the best carnival game was shooting the star out with 100 BBs from a full auto air gun. That got me started in my love of the shooting sports. I think the rifles were hooked up to an air hose but that would be an awesome project to tackle and duplicate. Those air guns were the best thing going.

There are almost no "regular" BB guns that are readily convertible to full auto. I think some of the blowback Uzi's can be converted, but don't remember which ones.

Some of the burst firing bb guns can be converted to full auto. You can't get the Drozd or conversion boards anymore, but the Umarex Steel Storm and Steel Force can be readily converted.

Med, I did not know of any powered by freon but I bet they were a hoot to shoot! The carnival ones looked nothing like the LARC M19-A. They looked like Thompson Machine guns and had an air hose hooked to it all the time. I wonder if something like that can be set up for back yard shooting? (air compressor for power)

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!

I wonder what the cost is?

I wonder if we could make something like that for back yard fun...

I used to have one of the freon can ones in the early 70's. $2.50 for a milk carton of BB's and $2 for a freon can.

Too hard to smuggle the stuff in from Mexico now.
