A buddy and I shot rifles this weekend a round from my sks went into
his garden hit the ground and veggie chunks flew for yards. I went to
see what I had hit and found turnips the size of mini basketballs. So we
set some up at 50yards or so and let loose with are 243s with some 58gr
bt bullets I thought milk jugs full of water were cool we had turnip chunks
flying 25 to 30 yards. Glad we discoverd them cheap fun and he was
getting ready to till them under anywho.

I like shooting milk jugs (my preferred prey), but shooting big vegetables sure sounds tempting.:D I'll have to look into that one. The bigger the splatter, the better. Besides, vegetables are biodegradable. I wouldn't have to clean up after myself.
