Now that the G37 has been out for awhile and the Glock shooters have had a chance to buy them and try them out, I would like to know if anyone having a G37 along with a G21 and/or G30, has shot them side by side and compared the accuracy of the .45 GAP round to the good old .45 ACP.

This of course will have to be an honest evaluation and not one done by a biased Glock owner who feels the need to make the G37/.45 GAP look better than it really is. ;)

I personally have no interest in owning a G37 but I'm curious as to the accuracy of the .45 GAP vs. the .45 ACP.

I put 50 rounds through my G37, super accurate offhand at 15 yards. Now I am just waiting for some loading data. If we have a pin match Thursday, I will use it. I had a 21 and it was too wide for my hand. Wait until somebody takes this cartridge and necks it down to a .40, with a 140 and a 160 grain bullet. There is going to be a Glock match in my area on the 1st weekend of December. Hopefully my G37 magazine that I ordered will be here before then. I wonder if the 185 grain GAP and the 200 grain GAP are loaded to the same O. A. L.? If you can reduce the velocity on the 185 grain GAP (thereby reducing the recoil for followup shots) and still snap the pins off of the table, that would be something. Only 1 way to find out, jump in feet 1st and get with it. Some shooters are saying that this cartridge is already dead, well I say shame on you, especially Glock and .45 pistoleros.
