I don't know, this may be old news to some but Glock's ex-wife is suing him for a whopping $500 million.
I'll wait to see both sides of the argument, but it looks like she has a strong case. Essentially, Gaston was married to Helga for over 50 years, prior to the "co-founding" of Glock pistols. Over the years he cut her out of the business from 15% to less than one percent. He also cut his three children out too which seems weird.
They were divorced in 2011. She claims he has been funneling millions in profits out of the US for many years into secret offshore accounts, hiding money from her and avoiding US taxes. She is accusing him of hundreds of accounts of mail fraud, phantom shipments and RICO crimes.
Gaston married a woman 50 years younger than him (nothing wrong with that, lol) and has lavished her with millions in houses and a 15-million dollar horse.
I guess just because you one of the most significant pistols ever, it doesn't mean that you have your personal life together. But it will be interesting to see what the IRS and Treasury Dept do.
