The Founding Fathers valued the right to bear arms so much that it was included as the 2nd Amendment in the Constitution. I believe that our right to keep and bear arms is as important today as it was then. As a gun owner, avid hunter and a lifetime member of the NRA, I will fight to preserve our 2nd Amendment rights and our ability to secure the safety of our homes and families.



Gun control laws leave guns in the hands of criminals while leaving ordinary, honest, law-abiding citizens defenseless. For example, Washington, D.C. has some of the most strict gun laws in the country, yet it also has one of the highest crime rates in the nation. We can reduce crime by holding criminals accountable for their actions, not by adding layers of gun control.

So far, we're 2-0 for Congress-critters from Georgia who respect the constitution... hopefully they can cancel out some of the loons from NY, NJ, CT, etc.

I just wanted to post my positive responses out there so folks know who is on our side, and worthy of support.

ive written a few and have yet to hear anything at all.

Don't worry. Georgia is going to support the Second Amendment. I have heard our 2 senators say so. I haven't heard from my Representative yet, but he is highly rated by the NRA.
