OK, 2 questions.
1) German Mausers. What were their trigger pulls like? Are they the standard military two-stage pulls? I ask, because I just bought a German Mauser, and shot it for the first time. It was a Russian capture, and Iraqi marked, if that makes any difference. There is no take up in the trigger, it is simpl a smooth pull to shoot. The barrel is cut off a half inch or less, so I am wondering if it was a modification at the same time. Either wa, it makes it a sweet shooter, 4 shots touching and the fifth right there.
2) Yugo Mauser. Weird accuracy problem. Two shots touching, next two touching, but either two inches up or down from the firswt two, and the same for the next two. Does it every time, with Czech, Romanian and Turk ammo. I'm about ready to give up on it.
Thanks!
