I've heard that getting in a car with a robber is one of the surest ways to the Great Beyond. It's more dangerous even, from the statistics I heard, than running or fighting with the guy(s) with the gun(s).

My recommendation is do ANYTHING other than getting into a car with an armed robber/carjacker/rapist.

Unless the rapist is Eva Longoria.

I do this now. Take my gun with me in the shower.

Be careful. Most states have strong laws about this sort of sort of thing. IL even has a law against having hiding places in your car.
