I base that on the Americans I've fired (in particular, the "foreman" I found sleeping in his car) and replaced with hard working, honest Mexicans.

Well then, you're part of the problem, aren't you? Do you also get away with paying these illegals substandard wages without benefits?

America takes in more immigrants then all countries combined or so I've read,
the point is how many can our system deal with before it breaks, numbers
guys, most of the times in life it comes down to that.

I maintain one component of an effective illegal immigration mitigation effort would be to offer bounties to LEGAL immigrants for fingering ILLEGAL immigrants. I've known a number of LEGAL immigrants and LEGALs working for citizenship and in every case they get seriously chapped at the idea of ILLEGAL immigrants having the carpet rolled out. Seems they don't like the idea of rewarding criminal behavior. Must be some kind of human thingy.
