I have waited for over 5 months for Sig Sauer to make good on my P238 and it is over. I ordered springs and magazines all of which have never arrived. I have sent e-mails for advise that have never been answered and so I guess I am no longer going to be taken by them!! I bought my first Sig in 1995 and since then 5 more and now this piece of junk P238 has arrived on the scene it is like a totally differant company...............NO MORE!!!!!

Get a WO# and send it back, I sent in a SIG RCS 1911 for warranty repair only took 9 days round trip. They fixed it fine, sorry to hear about your P238, mine works fine. I would like to get the new flat recoil spring just to see how it works. If you have problems with the wire spring getting damaged or cycling problems, make sure the tapered end of the spring is on the guide rod. If not the spring can screw itself into places it does not need to be.
