I have a nice looking 541S .22 sporter that's been sitting in my cabinet for quite awhile and I want to glass bed it. I've had good results with center fires and have done 6 or 7 that came out great, but I've never tried this on the 541S because it has only one action screw.
Gunsmithing is a lost art up here so I plan to do it myself, but I want to do it right. Anyone with experience here that could share best procedure. I don't want to mess up a nice gun.
