I am going to buy a Glock 20 and am debating on getting a 20SF. How much smaller is the 20SF vs the regular Glock 20? How much smaller does it feel? My dealer has a 20 but not an SF.
SF feels more like the Glock 17/22 frame, just a bit bigger. The regular 20/21 was too large for my hands. The Gen 4 20/21 also gives you basically the SF frame with the option of making it bigger (should you need that) with changeable back straps.
It feels just a little smaller to me. I find my Gen2 20 non SF to be fine even adding a Hogue Handall. I prefer a meatier grip in a semi auto with the power potential of a 10mm.
Picked up a 20 at a gunshow & said "No, ain't gonna work." Then came across a 20SF in a pawn shop and whipped out the cash. The actual size difference may be small, but it made all the difference to me.
