Well took my newest glock out shooting today and was thrilled with the results.
Of course it being a glock it ate everything I put in it, but on top of that proved itself to be as accurate if not more than the full size and compact models in 9mm today.
I shot 180g tulammo steel case, 165g wwb, 155g federal hydra-shok hp, and 135g winchester ranger hp.
It shot all of the ammo very similar, the hydra-shok shot a little high but still held tight groups.
At 20 yards, I shot consistent 2" 5 shot groups.
I thought the little 40 handled very well and didn't have as much bite as I had read about, I had shot it a little before today and came to that conclusion early but todays outing confirmed that thought.
I could tell very little difference in recoil between all of the ammo fired exept the federal was a tad louder and muzzle rise was a tad stouter.
I shot it back to back with the 26 and my personal opinion (take it with a grain of salt) was that there was a very small difference in recoil between the two.
Anybody looking for a small ccw I would highly recommend the glock 27 as it has found a permanant place on my side.
Thanks for reading guys if you would happen to want to know anything I did not cover let me know and I would be glad to respond.
