Glock 36 good?

I've had a 36 for quite a while, it gets shot a lot.
I don't find the recoil to be an issue and my wife who
shoots maybe 6-10 times a year with me likes it better
than the 19 that I also have. The thinner grip fits her
hand better, she will put about 60-80 rounds through it
without complaint....has pretty small hands.
The only thing I've done to it is grind a little "relief" in
the outside of the trigger guard, it rubbed the knuckle
on my second finger. I carry it in a MTAC holster.

Nice! I was not thinking of this for my wife as it's a .45 but now that puts a new world of possibilities here (not least being my wife might be more persuaded to agree to the 36 if she feels it handles well).

What is this pinky thing I keep reading about? Is it the recoil making the tiny gap in the magazine catch on the pinky finger, like a "magazine bite" or something?

My Brother had a 36 for awhile, no issues at all. Great shooter, but seemed to pinch both our hands between the mag base and frame.

Accuracy

I knew that I had this picture somewhere. I know that this is a messy target to look at.....I'd been doing some other shooting beforehand. Just before I left the range, for a goof, I took ten shots, standing, at this target.
Just above the taped over holes, spread across the 7 (2), 8(3), and 9(3) rings from right to left are eight .45 cal holes. That is the Glock 36 at 100 yards. Couldn't tell where the other two shots went.
It's an easy gun to shoot.
