Just bought one at Dixie Gun and Knife. $30. Never used, but a few patches where the finidh is worn off. Got a black one with a non-sawback blade. Like the sheath. Seems pretty good for $30.
Did I do well? Are these good knives? What kind of steel is it made from? What's the handle made from? As a combat knife, would a KaBar be worth the extra $20-30?
Also bought an el cheapo sawback machete. For yardwork. $6. Probably should have just spent the extra five bucks and gotten a Cold Steel. Hindsight is always 20/20.

I am not dazzled by glock's knives myself, but it's a perfectly serviceable and useful knife that is reasonably tough.

If by "combat knife" you mean sentry-removal, man killing tasks then I would probably rather have a KBAR, but I wouldn't snivel about it. If by "combat knife" you mean something to open ammo crates, cut brush, etc. The glock will do fine.

CZ.22,

We've had several threads on Glock knives over the past couple of years and you can see the detailed discussions just by searching this forum for them. The opinion from folks that own them is that they're ok.
