Going to swap the magwell to glock and stock up on mags for my PC carbine.

Have to be 10 rounds or less. Looking for reliable and affordable suggestions.

Thanks!

All I have ever done is replace tired oem Glock magazine springs with Wolff extra power springs. From 10 to 33 rounders, the Glock oem magazines I own have always been reliable in my Glocks and in my PC Carbine.

For the ten round max you have, the 9mm Glock 26 magazine will be a good fit. 10 rounds are standard and they don’t poke out too far with the unnecessary magazine body length.

Stay safe.

Doesn't that depend on the mag well on his PCC? G26 magazines are too short to lock in on my PCC.
Dunno, thanks for the info. The 26 is the one 9mm Glock I don’t like, so I never have bought any 26 mags. If they don’t fit that is a bummer, as longer mags make doing things like benching a PC for sighting in an optic harder. :(

OP, looks like the 10-round Glock magazines are the way to go.

Stay safe.

I bought a PC Carbine when they first came out. I had a “Hockey Puck”, the Glock 26. I liked those mags best for stow-ability and they didn’t protrude far from the mag well.

That sounds odd. If you haven’t added any aftermarket parts regarding the magazine & mag well function I would put a call in to Ruger.

If it were me, it would be Glock mags vs aftermarket. The reason so many build things that use them, is they are well known to work. I like testing things as much as the next guy but if it ain’t broke…

The gun is advertised as being able to accept 10 round mags....
Which doesn't make it clear WHICH ten round OEM Glock ten rounders will fit.
The factory G26 is a ten rounder, as is the factory G19 ten rounder, as is the factory G17 ten rounder.
Three different lengths. The latter two are blocked to prevent loading more than ten rounds.

Factory G17/19/26 ten rounders for $19.95 https://botach.com/glock-oem-magazines/?avad=211021_e2fc3b705

Thats good to know, thanks for pointing that out.probably just go g19 to be safe

Go with the 26 mags. They work great. They will be stiff to load at first. I recommend a Uplula mag loader.
ALL factory 10 round mags from Glock are stiff to load at first. I used to live in CA and was subjected to their mag limits.

I don't think that would help. My PCC isn't a Ruger. The magazines load in the grip. G26 mags would obviously work in the OP's Ruger. My bad for making an assumption.
Gotcha. Reading that the 26 mags wouldn’t fit was news to me, but now I see why they didn’t work for your gun. No worries :).

There are also 10-round, single-stack 9mm Glock 48/43X magazines. The 48/43X magazine will not work in the Ruger PC, it is too skinny. Don’t buy those for the Ruger PC.

As was stated above by @dogtown tom, all of the OEM Glock double stack 9mm magazines from the 19,17, 26 will work in 10 round configurations, as well as in standard capacity sizes (and extended 9mm double stacks like my 33 rounders), with the Glock magwell insert installed. :)

OP: Buy a Rigid toolbox and some cut-to-fit Kaisen foam, and you have a nice little inconspicuous carry case for your PC.

And now I keep those G26 mags I got from you in case the Oregon 10 round mag ban the Portlandia idiots passed survives SCOTUS ! for my Ruger PCC Charger SBR !
Also Gunmagwarehouse sells different lenth 10 round Glock mags reasonably and ARE in stock

Problem is the Rigid tools are probably more valuable than the gun and the "steal me" yellow color doesn't help LOL ;)
