I was just putting around on the internet today and came across a YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBjUDCyDCuI&feature=player_detailpage#t=49s) where a guy had a double snail drum (similar to the AR) on a full auto G17. I've been thinking about getting a JRC carbine in .45acp for home protection, which uses Glock magazines and think that one of these magazines would fit the bill.

Question: Does anyone know where I could get one for these mags for a G21?

First of all, you've not supposed to leave these magazines wound up all the time. Second, why would you want to lug around that much size and weight in heavy 45ACP ammo?

If might fit the bill for fun. But unless you have a team of guys defending your home - some with quicker/handier alternatives - you can't be serious about using it for self defense. Or can you? I guess I shouldn't jump to conclusions. It's possible that your closest neighbor is a mile away and you can legally own a fully automatic JRC. :)

Google C-mag. That might help. There's a Korean company making knockoffs, now, too. I guess the patent expired or something.

No, it wouldn't. As GLOOB mentioned, it's not advisable to keep that sort of magazine constantly loaded. As he also mentioned, it's going to be heavier than sin and complete overkill for a home-defense setup.
