They all work fine, but for me Glock is best and that is what I will be spending my money on.

Shoot them all, and check out the available accessories and holsters for all, then choose which you want to spend your money on.

like GunNut said, all of em are fine pistols. i just have shot the Glock more, and like it. so my vote goes to glock.

i also like that parts, and accesories are easy to come by for the glock.

TG13, all of your desired changes on the XD seem to be answered in the XDM! It doesn't come in the .45 caliber,,, yet.
I was wanting the same things on my two XDs. I have installed the Powder River trigger mod on one and the other is the Pro Custom from SA. They are both satisfying their rolls in my life. My Glock 17 is collecting dust, waiting on a buyer.

While the trigger pull on the XD is smoother and lighter than the Glock, I still prefer the Glock. I've never been impressed with the M&P, it just doesn't feel right. I like not having a grip safety on my carry gun, have always trusted my Glock.

Held and shot al three. M&P won for me...twice (4" and compact).

More ergo, nicely made, reliable, accurate, everything I coud want in a pistol (except a metal frame. If they built a medal frame exactly the same shape as the polymer M&P, i'd definitely soil myself I'd be so happy).

Well having just bought an XD45 after much debating, I can say that I love it. 200 rounds of WWB today not a hitch, cleaned it up after I got home and can say that I am impressed.

Like many folk's will tell you (including myself), all three are great pistols;
but the full size (first production run) Springfield XD's just fit me better.
I own a .45ACP version, from the late '05 production; and its proven too
be everything that it was hyped up too be~! :scrutiny: ;) :D

XD is my carry piece. 40sc in warmer months, 45c in cooler months. I love mine. Feels much better in my hand than Glocks. Don't believe anyone who start tooting their horn about one being better than the other. Just go with the one that feels best for you.

I've handled Glock's at gun show's, they don't fit my hand at all, funky grip angle. I haven't handled or shot the M&P either, but I'm sure its a good pistol. I do own an XD-40, fits my hand great, points naturally, very comfortable to shoot, I like the ergo's. For me, its the XD.:D
