Good customer service experience with Lee

I called Lee this morning with a question on a couple of parts for my Pro 1000 press. A very nice lady named Lane took my questions, put me on hold to get more information, got back on and is sending me the part for free.

It's the ratchet gear, which probably wasn't much money, but I like to acknowledge good customer service when I get it.

Yup, had a bad week a coupla weeks ago & posted about it here.

In the end Lee sent me a brand new .223 resizing/depriming die.

Good folks if you can get 'em on the phone. I get a busy signal a lot.
