Just have to brag a little about Hornady's excellent customer service. I had a problem with my press and two days later there was a part in my mail box. I had a problem with a die and now they are sending out another free of charge. Excellent customer service! Can't go wrong with Hornady. Btw RCBS has awesome customer service as well. I love the reloading manufacturers for valuing their customer base.

I echo your comments.

I bent a spindle and de-capping pin on one of my dies and they sent me another one no questions asked. Their service is second to none in my opinion.

+1 for Hornady. I use Dillon, RCBS and Hornady for rifle/pistol and can honestly say all three have superlative customer service. Their components are generally high quality which makes it easy for them to stand behind a good machine and good parts.

I also use MEC for shot shells, but have less good things to say about MEC. If their stuff breaks, they have told me to order a new part. Last time I was on the phone with them, I mentioned to the CSR he should call Dillon and learn how to treat customers. Hornady is awesome....agreed!

Yes, Hornady, RCBS, Lyman, Redding, Forster, Dillon all have amazing customer service! They also offer life time guarantees. Lee of course offers a two year warranty.
