I thought I'd share 2 VERY good encounters with 2 companies I've had recently...

A while back I traded an old bicycle for a Mossberg500 and a North American Arms .22. The .22 had a broken hammer spring. I sent it in and in a few short weeks they sent it back to me. EVERY single part except the frame and grips were brand new! Even the barrel was replaced! It was cleaned and polished like a mirror! The action job was great too.
They enclosed a note thanking me for using their products and that there was no charge!!!
A month later they told me I had won a contest and let me pick anything (non-firearm) from their catalog. I got a VERY nice leather holster for a Guardian .32 FREE! I use it for my Kel-Tec p32 which brings me to story number 2...

I bought a Kel-Tec p-32 about a year ago. It jammed every 3 rounds or so. It was AWFUL!
I sent it in and got a call from the gunsmith who was working on it. She assured me that she had fixed it and was sending it back. I couldn't believe all the new parts and all the polishing they had done...for FREE !!!

I can't say enough good things about these 2 companies. A lot of companies need to take a look at what real customer service means.

I haven't had any problems with my P32 yet but all the positive stuff I hear about their customer service reassures me if anything does happen to it. All that stuff for free, that's pretty cool.

NAA does have great customer service. I sent a .22 mini back a few years ago that I bought used. The barrel was loose so they replaced the gun with a new one.

Those guys at NAA are great,The president Sandy Chisolm will email you personally ,if you email him thru their website .I had email him about the Guardian and he answered the very next day.

Another thumbs-up for Kel-Tech.
You can reach a gunsmith there within a minute or two unless it's lunch time. The gunsmiths will offer advice/tips. If you have to send your pistol in, they don't gove you the usual "It's an ammo/user problem" line that I've gotten from other companies.

Sandy is female, and I agree she is a swell gal.

Funny story about Sandy....

A while back I told her I'd buy a Guardian if they could get them down to Seacamp weight. I wanted a mouse under 10oz loaded.
I asked if it was possible to incorporate polymers into the design to make it light.

She said no way. The technology doesn't exist. It can't be done.

6 months later I bought one of the first p-32's :)

Now I want a NAA .22 in titanium. A 2oz gun would be sweet :)

My dad sent his NAA 22 in for repair. He had doused it good with Gunscrubber and it apparently melted something.

When he called in he mention he wanted a set of those faux ivory grips so they sent him a set no charge, plus had the gun back in like a week.
