good deal on T/C Icon and scope?

is this too good to be true or should i jump all over it.....

Thompson Center Icon .308 with Leupold VX II 3 - 9 x 40 scope mounted on Leupold base and rings. Brand new - $900

That does sound like a pretty good deal. But from what I've seen on T/C's webpage, there are different grades of the Icon. I saw one at a gunshow this weekend and it was the lower grade. Matte finish metal and kind of like a dull satin on the stock. I wasn't impressed with the looks of it for the price. If I'm going to spend $800 then I want a gloss blue and shiny finish on the stock, but that's just my preference. And I think the higher grade model comes with the butterknife bolt handle which I really like.
