Good gunsmith in Cleveland, TN?

Does anyone know of a good gunsmith in Chattanooga or Cleveland TN?
I am going to get the FLGR replaced with a GI gide rod and plug. Also, how much does this preceedure usually cost?~Nathan

If you can field strip the gun and get the recoil spring off the FLGR (if captured) all you have to do is reassemble it with the GI parts, no fitting required.
