I know this topic was covered a year or two ago, and I know everyone is all wrapped up in celebrating the end of the Evil Black Rifle ban. But I just need to rant.

I had planned on adding Google's AdSense advertisements to a few dozen pages on my website, the pages devoted to legislative news. Over the weekend I submitted my site to the AdSense program, and today received an email saying the site was rejected because of "unacceptable site content." Unsure of what that might mean, I did a search here on THR and, sure enough, Google prohibits ads for anything involving guns.

So, I'll be enrolling in an advertising affiliate program that doesn't discriminate against guns and gun owners.

Here's the kicker, though: Google will soon be having their Initial Public Offering for stock in the company. Projections are that that IPO will bring in about $43 billion. The two young guys who own Google now have a 1/3rd interest in that IPO, which will make them both two of the richest men in the world.

If you thought that monster.com's Andrew McKelvey was bad for us, wait until these two clowns cash in their stock!
