Found it at a pawn shop. Seems to be in excellent condition though a little dirty. Had it marked at $65, I offered him $50 and walked out with it. It's marked Arms Corporation Phillipines and says "20P" above that.

It's a semi-auto rifle and came with one 15 round clip. It has a good finish and a nice hooded front sight. It also has a hardwood stock as opposed to the stamped junk they sell nowadays. I found a place online that's selling clips for it for $25. Can't you get them any cheaper?

I've heard that this rifle may be patterned after others or that the clip design is anyways, does anybody know of other rifle clips that would work in it? It looks like the Anschutz clips might, but I don't know for sure. I'd like to get some more clips, but I don't want to pay $25 a piece + shipping.

Or even if that's the going rate, I'd like to know if I have other options if the supply dries up to nothing. I only found one dealer selling them online. Not even e-gun parts had any.

I did some reading on rimfirecentral and came across this post:

"I have several SB guns. They are identical to the Armscor / Armscorp models. You can find a lot of the Armscor m16 or M1600 mags for less than $30 (15 rd). All you have to do is remove the plastic block from the magazine by pushing out 2 small pins. The block just makes it look like a m-16 mag. I believe the AK-22 mags will also fit. Most of the armscor mags are identical; you may try and find a mag from a model 14 or 1400 also. Good luck."

Sounds like the AK and M-16 look alike mags with work. Has anybody tried this? Looking at the charging handle on the plastic look alikes, it does look like they have the same round knob for a charging handle.

Thanks for the link Tuttle, but for $30 a piece this rifle is probably going to end up being a one clipper. Unless I find some cheap mags at a gunshow (highly doubtful).

I cleaned the stock up with some Pledge and it looks like new. Took it apart and there was all kinds of crap in with the two springs, but I cleaned that out good and sprayed some CLP in the action. Might shoot it tomorrow. The magazine even seems to still have a pretty stiff spring.
