gp100 grip ferrule(adj. sights)

I got the bright idea to make some grip panels for a gp100 before I realized I needed the hardware. I ordered what I thought was the right stuff and ended up with the right screw, but wrong ferrules.
Midway has the proper ferrule for the right grip panel, but as far as I can tell,not the left one.
Does anybody know where I can get both right and left ferrules for an adjustable sight gp100?

Check the junk box at your LGS for a discarded set of grips, never know what you'll find in them junk bins....
