Grip screw ferrules?

I have been having a hard time finding grip screw hardware for homemade wooden grips for single action revolvers (Rugers and BFRs).

I am looking for plain hardware sets consisting of the two ferrules and the screw.

My online searches have turned up lots of fancy (and expensive) hardware, some model-specific parts (out of stock) at Brownell's, and tons of screws for 1911 grips.

I would sure appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
