New Model Blackhawk grip screw/ferrule

Looks like I have lost something from the grip assembly of my blackhawk. Only the screw was in one of the grips. On the other side was just a space where you could see the end of the screw. The screw was coming in from the left side - which is different from what I see in every schematic of the blackhawk. I am assuming that the left side is considered from my point of view when I am holding the gun - but I have been wrong about that before. So, I don't know if I need a left ferrule or a right one. And, I don't know if I need threaded or not. Or if I need both. Can someone help me with this?

p.s. blackhawk screws come loose. i use blue loctite on all screws (except the grip screw funny enough!) on those guns.

If the screw slips through you need the threaded side.
