Avoirdupois, that is.
5760 grains to the Troy pound (as in gold)... but the grain is the same, 06479891 gram.

If you're sitting in front of a computer, Google is a great calculator. "[insert number] of [whatever unit] converted to [whatever other unit]" will usually get you a fast and accurate answer.
