Worse than Black Rifle Disease..... :uhoh:

It started with an AR pistol. I hated it. No stock, couldn't hit anything except from a rest. Reminded me of a Clinton era Mak 90 with the stupid thumbhole stock.

Soooo I had a few minor brushes with the law as a kid and didn't want to be out the money for suppressor and tax stamp. I took the plunge and Form 1'd one of my lowers. 3 and a half months later I had a stamp.

Game on.

Well that 10.5" AR was too loud. I wanted to quiet it down, but wanted something I could use on other guns as well. 4 months later I pick up my YHM 7.62 Phantom.

Then last week I fall into a smoking deal on a HALO. Couldn't say no. Haven't payed yet but its mine. And today made a trade for an Osprey. To top it off guy selling the HALO let me fire his MAC and then told me they make. 22 conversions for it.

Hi my names Mot and I'm a stamp collector. I'm actually trading off guns for suppressors now. I am now strongly eyeballing the Wilson Boarder Patrol and a Sparrow.

HELP!!!!
My last 4 firearm related acquisitions have been NFA.

I've even found myself getting mildly annoyed at the range when shooting and a guy sets up shop with some "loud" gun. I'm not that kinda guy, so anyone who shows interest, I let em shoot whatever I have out.

How did y'all get into NFA items?

How do you get back into "normal" guns?

I have one silencer and another on the way. I'd have a silencer for every gun I own if I had the money. NFA collecting is addicting because you can actually buy guns configured EXACTLY how you want them as opposed to some sort of artificially imposed legal phenotype.

Bwahahahaha!!!!

There is no cure, only pacification.

WARNING!:
There is a worse condition than the "Quiet" NFA bug you have. A much more dangerous one is the "Happy Switch " strain!

I haven't be able to yet. 15 yrs. and counting...

Ever since I flipped that selector to the third position I haven't purchase a Title I firearm unless it was going to have a suppressor on it. It is a sickness. I just can't bring myself to buy a semi-auto black rifle when I know I want it all. This isn't meant as a dig on semi's, just my warped priorities. Although, since I've finally started reloading .223 I'm thinking of getting an AR to test my loads first.

LOL......This reminds me of EVERYONE I know who has ever collected a Stamp before.

Great I just got my Stamp on my SBR and got it done. Now I looking at making me a can. Then maybe a FA.

Hi my names Dustin and I'm a stamp collector.

I have two stamps and I am stopping there.

Sure you are.... Just remember, lying to yourself is like lying to God.

I've only found one thing to cure the NFA disease.

Lack of money!

Trading is more painful. You will have to have broker and the process is the same as buying one.
