There seams to be a shortage of green rails for the ARs, much less green mid-length AR rails. I want to get a set for a mostly green RRA Elite CAR A4. Anyone know where or if anything like this is available?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but I've never seen rails in green. Usually they are anodized or phosphated black just like the receivers and other steel or aluminum components.
Most folks just put green rail covers on them. Or you could paint them green if you wished with something like Brownell's Alumahyde II, or Norell's Moly Resin.

well its gona have a black grip and black sights,, maby a black rail with green covers wouldn't look that bad
