i was just wondering about different pistol's grip angles. we all know the 1911 has a 45 degree grip angle, but it seems to me the europeans like a more vertical angle. take for instance the TT-33 and john browning's pre-1911 models, which all seem to have the same, almost vertical grip angle. more modern european guns, like the beretta 92 and cz 75 seem to be in between the vertical and 45 degree grip angles. what do you guys think?

I think you're a might confused. The 1911 does not have a 45 degree grip angle.

Contrast the relatively vertical grips you mentioned with the Glock or Steyr M-series grip angles. Europeans are all over the place with their angles.
