Grip extensions for Glock 29

I have seen grip extension sleeves that fit on to Glock 17 magazines allowing them to be used with Glock 26 pistols without having them 'stick out the bottom'. Are such extensions available for Glock 20 magazines so that they can be used with Glock 29s?

Also, can a Glock 20 upper be fitted to a Glock 29 lower?
