I've got a polymer vertical foregrip on my AR.
The gun came with an Ergo rubber grip on its pistol grip.

I want a rubber sleeve to stretch over my vertical foregrip.

I called both Hogue and Ergo, they don't exactly have what I'm looking for.
Hogue recommended the HandAll grip sleeve. Pictured below.

I don't suppose that the HandAll is a round tubular shape that would fit nicely onto my foregrip, rather, I think it has an oblong/oval cross-section profile and won't fit right.

Anyone have experience with the HandAll?
Anyone know of a sleeve that will do what I'm describing?

I was actually trying to think of a rubber tube that would work for this, but all I could come up with was an automobile's radiator hose. I'll look into both of these, but I especially like the heat shrink tubing idea, just wouldn't know where to find that. Home Depot?

An inner tube would have to be small. The foregrip is approx. 1 1/4" in diameter, so the tube would have to start out smaller so that it would produce a nice stretched fit like the Ergo does on the pistol grip.
Any ideas of that type of small inner tube?

sure. Look for a road bicycle tube, sized 700c. it will be perfect.

The heat shrink tubing is a Home Depot or Radio Shack sort of thing.

While you're looking a bicycle parts, look at cheap handlebar grips.
I've seen some that are foam and stretchy. I'd think you want a rougher grip surface than a tube.

You're right, I would prefer the texture like the ERGO Grip has, but I definitely wouldn't want someone to see me shooting this AR and say, "Hey, is that a bicycle handlebar?".
