I have fairly large hands and like the feel of grips that cover the backstrap on Smith and Wesson revolvers. I current use Pachmayr but have decided to go to wood grips, but I cannot find any that cover the backstrap. Anyone know of one that does?

Thanks I have always liked those Bill Jordan grips. I did not think they still made them. I wonder how long it takes for them to be made.

Ha, just wondering. I know some custom places take up to a year to fill orders. Those look perfect. I suppose the Jordan refers to Bll Jordan I have always like that style of grip it looks perfect compared to Hogue or other wood grips.

Craig Spegel are some of the best grips available today. I really like his products.

Hogue makes wooden grips that cover the backstrap. They are a quality product but I don't like the way the feel in my hand. Most who use them do like them a lot and you might too.

I'm not sure if the full size Badger Custom Grips cover the backstrap but a call to them will clear that up. I really like Badger Custom Boot Grips. (which do not cover the backstrap)

Last I talked to Herrett's, it was 2-3months. I'd suggest just sending your order for a set of Jordans and forgetting about it. After a couple months, you'll get a nice surprise in the mail.

Hogue grips do not cover the backstrap, that would be impossible with their Monogrip design.
