I'm glad you guys all think at GB this is no big deal. I bid on an auction - $11 for a holster, and won it. For some reason, GB had the wrong email address for me and sent notice to a non-existent email address. When, about a week after the auction ended, I happened to go on GB and saw I had won the item, I had been apparently banned for life.
I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the seller (who had relisted the item) - said I couldn't because my account was suspended and to contact GB customer service. I tried and tried to do so via email - said to tell the seller I would be happy to buy the item. Nothing. I read in the terms & conditions that my account might be suspended for 30 days. Went back 30 days later. Still suspended. Nobody from GB would ever contact me. Went back 60 days later same thing. I gave up.
