animated gun.gif's (pictures you can copy)

I came across this at http://www.skaggmo.com/ and according to the site, it is free to use and share.....

[added] very accomodating folks here at the High Road - I asked for file extensions of .mid and .wav to be added and it's done! Here's a sound file you can play along with the picture of the gattling gun. First, click on the .wav file, set your player to repeat and then click on the .gif for a combination you will love!

I forgot to say in the subject line that these are animations. Please add your own and keep it bumped up for others to use them too!

now you can add gun sounds!

I came across a website with FREE gun sounds with everything from a machine gun, Colt .45, shotgun and even missiles & laser blasts to the atom bomb! They are called "midi's" - just click on it and as it is playing, click on the File to save it to your own computer. The website is http://www.a1freesoundeffects.com/weapons.html and the attachment is a sample of an M-50

hmmmm..... the file extension ".mid" is not on the attachment list so maybe it won't play - if not, go to that website and have fun!

(can someone from the High Road add .mid's as a valid file extension?)

per request....

I was asked how a .gif or .wav is saved to the computer......

right click on the .gif or .wav and select "save xxxx as" which will bring up a diagram of your own computer folders. Select a folder and confirming the saved name, click "save"

Once it is in your computer you can e-mail it as an attachment or imbed it in Outlook Express using Insert ~ Picture ~ Browse then find the file and click OK. if any questions, e-mail me at [email protected]

for sound effects, click on this: http://www.a1freesoundeffects.com/machinegun.wav

it would be neat to be able to post a picture and a link to the associated sound effects......

SUCCESS!!!!!! after clicking on the sound effects and bringing up whatever program plays your sounds, go into probably options and set it for repeat play........ enjoy!!!!
