We’ve done a lot of buying, selling and trading in the past. Did a little swapping today and I wound up with 2 nice Chief Specials. Mod 36 No Dash Nickel is in Very Good Shape and the Blue Model 36-2 is as close to new as you can get with a used gun. Didn’t need any more Chiefs but in this condition how can you say no?

It's hard to say no because used small-framed S&W revolvers offer lot of value for money spent. For some reason much higher prices are being realized for large heavy ones.

Been on a role lately, good for you. Seems like you've added some fine pieces to your collection.

I know what you mean as I use to have a hard time saying no to a J frame, especially a Model 36 with a round butt and a 3" barrel!

Oh and for $800 for the pair (love the nickel plated one), I think you did very, very well!
