Gun Oil Viscosity?

I use strictly synthetic lubes, oil and grease, mostly oil. Synthetic lubes don’t change viscosity with temperature and I have found that the oils cling to metal very well. I am now using Royal Purple because I could get it in plastic squeeze bottles but previously used Mobil 1 successfully. Mobil 1 synthetic grease also.
