In Minnesota Sex offenders and CCW license holders are literally in the same database. I turned down a full time job to fix files of people that had information transposed about a year ago. Back then lots of permit holders had sex offender information in their profile and vise versa.

I work on a sex offender yard right now, and lumping me in with them is a mortal insult.
I have always said that two kinds of law abiding ctizens that are legal prey for any and all discrimination are law abiding gun owners, and law abiding smokers. I am both, do I need to wear a cloth patch on my jacket, mein Furher???
