I am a registered user, and have bought guns from the site before...
Toady, I go to log in, and it tells me my account is "unregistered"... OK, so I click on the "send registration code" link...
It sends the code to a now defunct e-amil account, NOT the one on the account... (when I set the account up, it REQUIRED me to use an "ISP E-mail" which I do NOT have, since my internet is from a Cellular AIR-CARD... they don't provide e-mail...
the secondary address on the account is a Hotmail address, one I have had for OVER 10 years now... and Gunbroker has ALWAYS sent the info for my bids and whatnot to the Hotmail address...
I TRIED to find a link to contact them, but it requires you to LOG IN to do that, and I can't log in, because it says I'm unregistered... but it sends the Reg. link to the defunct addy, and sends my password info to the Hotmail account...
Are they really that fubar? what can I do?
