Just fixed my father in law's Blackhawk, gave him the gun back and he went to the bedroom and came back with a H&R 939 (.22 revolver. Sidekick) in a ziplock bag:(:(:(

Has the grips removed and the main spring has the nylon end on it.. naturally in many fragments.

Going to order the metal one from Numrich, is there anything else I should get while I am ordering?
It is difficult to swing the cylinder out.

Does it have the firing pin on the hammer? My 929 does and sometimes the cylinder gets caught on when hammer down. Just gotta pull back a bit on hammer and all good.

Those nylon spring heads have played for many gunsmiths kids to go to college. My 999 has eaten 3 in its life, I have a metal headed rod in the garage waiting patiently.
