H&R Revolver issue.Help.

Hey guys found a nice condition H&R 649 but its missing the cylinder.I wanted to know will a model 900 cylinder fit it? And did the 600 series share the same frame as the 900 series? Really want it can anyone please help?

Can't tell you for sure but, try Numrich for schematics of both and see if the part numbers are the same for the cylinders. While you are there you may look for a cylinder for sale for your gun!!

You never know what they have for sale, it may even be new, in my opinion they are one of your best bets for finding parts for your H&R. It might not hurt googling H&R collectors and see if there is a sight devoted to that brand.
