I just got back from an almost 2 hour one-on-one handgun course at Ray's Sporting Goods in N. Plainfield, NJ.
All I can say is "WOW".
I have been shooting for about 1 year now. Unfortunately, I never got any instruction before today. Sure, I read websites and watched other guys at the range who seemed to keep 'em in the 10 ring.
However, I learned more (theoretical and practical) about handgun shooting than in last year. By the end of the session, my shots were much more accurate than before.
Mr. Reese, the instructor, was professional, friendly, instructive and knowledgeable. If any of you are beginning handgunners in NJ, I can not recommend this course highly enough.
