1) Take some more classes
2) Join a local club
3) Spend more time practicing my "presentation"
4) Spend more time on the Airsoft at home
5) Start to reload more
6) Only purchase .22's for all of 2010 (handguns or rifles)

1. Train/classes/practice
2. Look into reloading
3. Take my sister shooting (Won't actually be a challenge, thankfully. She turns 21 in the spring though, so I hope she gets a concealed carry permit.)

I want another lever gun platform to build into a tacticool masterpiece, a .45LC SA or DA revolver S&W or Ruger, and a semi-auto defensive 12 Gage, probably a Benelli M4. And, I want to build up my ammo supply. A couple of additional Semi-Auto pistols would also be nice. I also want some additional R.A.T. knives and some SAKs and some additional tactical gear.

Spend more time shooting my handguns that I do not carry on a daily basis.

I want to buy a gun a month! A rifle, then a shotgun, then a handgun, then a rifle, repeat process. I have decided that guns are a great investment hobby. Invest in gold?!NO! Invest in steel and lead!!!
Also, I want to become more active in gun rights. I want to start a shooting team at my high school. If I could pull that off, I would feel like I had accomplished something: it will be hard in these economic times though.

Cheers

That sounds like a good idea and all... but you mentioned high school in the same post. Unless you're 18 or older, you can't buy shotguns and rifles. Unless you're 21 or older, you cannot buy any pistol. It's the law, and it sucks.

I really hope you're not too far beyond 18 if you're still in high school!

My resolution is to finally own a CZ 75b. I've got nearly $350 just for that, and soon enough I'll have the $400 necessary to lure someone into selling.

(1) Buy a little less. Shoot a little more.

(2) Take the wife and kids shooting more than the current once every three-months-or-so.

(3) ...And invite/take a noob or anti shooting more often.

I definitely want to go to the range more.

That and obviously lose a couple pounds, haha. Started coaching track so it should be easier.

Not specifically a HANDGUN resolution but my gun resolution for 2010 will be either:
A) Buy a 1911, maybe a Springer...
B) Buy an AK, maybe a WASR or M70...
C) Finish my AR project

-or-

ALL of the above :)

I can't believe im saying this but im not buying any new guns this year, well maybe.
What i am going to do is buy lots of ammo and mags for my auto's. Get a trigger job on a couple of my revolvers and a scope my marlin 60 . I think i just want to trick everything out this year.

1. Do a trigger job on my Contender pistol (my main hunting gun).
2. Get proficient with the Contender in field positions (kneeling & off a monopod).
3. Hunt more with the Contender.
4. No more gun purchases except for ones that I really, really want & will use: an accurate, fullsize 9mm 1911 & maybe a 22LR target pistol to upgrade my BuckMark.
