It rode with me during drug enforcement operations as well.

They are dependable.
I ran my Agency issued one through about half a dozen Law Enforcement firearms instructor courses and a couple of tactical courses.
I know they will do what they are designed for.
 
My current Agency Duty weapon is the Glock 19 Generation 5 in 9mm.
No surprise it is a great pistol so far.
