These folks make a neat unit with separate mounting plates. The lock needs no battery and if you really want to make life tough on the rip off artists take out the front seat and bolt it to the floor the put the seat back. Makes it real hard to get at but you should still have enough clearance to get to it when open or take it out completely.

I like my mulitvault for its ease AND speed of use.
I can unlock and draw my gun in about 2 seconds.
And also, if you do forget the fingerpad combo, there is the option of opening it with a key.

Armloc case

Does anyone have experience with the Armloc Magnum case?. I’m looking for something reasonable secure for home storage, but also portable. Most of the gun safes (I know this is not really a “safeâ€) are steel, and the Armloc is supposedly Kevlar reinforced composite. I don’t need a bank vault, but I also do not want a case that someone can get into with a pocket knife. Anyone know this case?
