Handi-rifle scout mount

Would it be that difficult to mount a scout scope on a .44 handi rifle? There is already one drilled and tapped hole where the rear sight is and didn't think it would be that hard to put one or two more there. Has anyone ever done this or seen one like it?

I changed out the standard rear sight for a Williams Guide. I don't know about your handi rifle, but mine is drilled and tapped for scope bases back over the chamber like they should be.

I've got the Williams sight on also, and yes, mine is drilled and tapped on the reciever. However I was interested in mounting a scope further down the barrel, in the scout fashion.
